Using advanced multimedia, these recruiters come to life and take you on realistic, dynamic, and challenging interactive interviews. By practicing your answers and increasing your confidence, you will be able to demonstrate to employers that you have what it takes to be successful.
InterviewTrainer uses a three-step process to improve interview skills:
1. Preparation: InterviewTrainer helps you by providing personal guidance based on your career goals. The system:
- Guides you step-by-step in developing answers for many of the questions that you will encounter on interviews
- Allows you to submit your resume and other information about experience, education and skills for use and analysis during the practice interview.
- Stores and prints your notes for use during practice interviews.
2. Practice: InterviewTrainer lets you practice interviewing with a realistic interviewer that offers:
- Natural conversation with realistic speech, facial expressions and gestures.
- A variety of questions, including general, job-specific and resume specific questions.
- A web camera to record the interview.
You can:
- Go on as many practice interviews as necessary.
- Communicate by either speaking or typing.
- Practice at any time that is convenient for you.
3. Review: After the interview, you can review your entire performance and receive feedback.
- Review digital audio/video playback of interviews, including all previous interviews.
- Repeat questions.
